Service Delivery Policy

This Service Delivery Policy outlines how CS Media & Production delivers its services to clients. Since our services are digital and intangible, no physical shipping is involved — all deliverables are delivered electronically through agreed channels.

1. Mode of Delivery

All deliverables are delivered electronically via one or more of the following:

  • Email (links to files hosted on Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, or similar)
  • Direct access to project folders on shared cloud storage
  • Direct upload/publish to the Client's social media accounts, website, or CRM
  • Live links to deployed websites or web apps (hosted on Vercel, Netlify, or equivalent)

No physical goods are shipped.

2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are project-specific and are stated in the SOW or invoice. Typical timelines are:

Timelines are estimates and depend on timely inputs, approvals, and revisions from the Client. Delays from the Client's side may extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

3. Milestone-Based Delivery

Larger projects are delivered in milestones (e.g., concept → draft → revision → final). Each milestone is shared for review, and the Client has the agreed number of business days (typically 3–5) to provide feedback. Delays in feedback shift subsequent milestones proportionally.

4. International Clients

For clients outside India, delivery is identical to domestic delivery — all files and assets are shared electronically. There is no customs duty, shipping fee, or international logistics involved.

5. Acceptance of Delivery

A deliverable is considered "delivered and accepted" when one of the following occurs:

  • The Client explicitly approves it in writing (email, WhatsApp, or signed approval)
  • The Client publishes, uses, or distributes the deliverable
  • The Client does not raise specific objections within 7 business days of delivery

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party platform downtime (HeyGen, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, etc.), natural disasters, government action, or talent unavailability.

7. Support After Delivery

We provide free post-delivery support for 7 days after final delivery for any technical issues directly related to our work (e.g., broken file, corrupted export). Substantive changes after acceptance fall outside the original SOW and may be billed separately.
